We stand behind the quality of our sensors with a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Coverage: This covers internal component failures or circuit malfunctions.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, fuel contamination (sensor poisoning), vehicle accidents, or “misdiagnosis” (where the sensor is not the cause of the vehicle’s issue).
  • Requirement: All warranty claims must be accompanied by a professional diagnostic report (DTC scan) from a certified mechanic to verify the failure.

3. OEM Fitment Guarantee & VIN Verification

To ensure a 100% perfect fit, we strongly recommend providing your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) at checkout or via message before shipping.

  • Guaranteed Fit: If we verify your VIN and the part does not fit, we will cover the return costs and provide a full refund.
  • Customer Responsibility: If an item is ordered without VIN verification and does not fit, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee.

4. Non-Refundable Costs

To maintain our competitive pricing, please note that the following costs are not refundable:

  • Transaction Fees: Third-party payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable as these are not returned to us by the providers.
  • Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid to your local government are non-refundable.

6. Shipping for Returns

Packaging: Please use an outer shipping carton to protect the original product box. Items returned in damaged original packaging or showing signs of installation will not be accepted.
