Thanks for shopping at Cars724.com. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! We all know that packages can be damaged during shipments, so we are happy to offer you a Return and Refund policy.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by our managers before you ship any of the items back to us. The Cars724 Team will gladly authorize your return request if you contact us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the package. We’re sorry, but we cannot authorize your return request if you contact us more than 14 days after the item receipt. To be eligible for a return, your Item must be returned in new unused condition and contain all original materials (if included). The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. All returned items will be tested before refunds are given. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective. Returns should be packed in the outer shipping carton to avoid damaging the original box/packing of the product. Items returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
